Title  e-mail:  "Just a thank you!"

I know it is faster to do e-mail but a hard letter I think gets more response but do both if you can.

A special note of thanks for your support for our Veterans.

Dear Mr. Phillips,

I thank you for planning the event and supporting the efforts of those that were in attendance in the committee meeting room on December 6th, 2005.

It is heartening to know that someone is starting to listen to those Veterans who have issues as well as evidence to convey to our elected officials.

I am also very pleased to know that future meetings such as these are scheduled in April of 2006.

Add what else you want in regards to thanks.

Thank you so much for your concern and help you have given.

Sincerely and with best regards,
