Vets Unite in Lawsuit Against VA
Veterans for Common Sense (http://www.veteransforcommonsense.org/)
and Veterans United for Truth (http://www.vuft.org/) have filed a lawsuit against the VA and their processes. The below is a four page memorandum from VA to all departments regarding this lawsuit.
It looks as if VA is looking to make sure anything and everything they have done; at least looks legitimate.
My questions still are;
Why is not the Congress doing this? They have to know with the complaints by this segment of society something is wrong or unjust.
They can take on the Attorney Generals office for months on end but cannot or will not take on the Veterans Affairs Federal Agency.
When is Congress going to answer how it is that BVA's can deny some claims, remand some claims, approve some claims when they are exactly the same except for the Veteran's or Widow's case number.
When is Congress going to stand up and like it has some guts and integrity against this agency and White House after White House Philosophy against Veterans.
What are they afraid of other than self-implication or complicity?
