Our 94th Mini reunion at the new Veterans Memorial Museum grand
opening dedication in Chehalis WA. on July 2nd was terrific! As Susie & I
were driving in, about half way on trip an American bald Eagle flew by our
car, this must have been our first omen. During the raising of the colors as
the flag was going up the pole for the first time another American Bald
Eagle was circling fairly close as we were looking out the direction of
Mount St Helens, breath taking are the words I would describe. We all had a
great time together, toured the Museum then we all drove over to a
restaurant nearby, had lunch & shared many stories. Gary & Roger had a lot
to share being in Headquarters Battery at the same time, a lot of names &
stories were shared. Dave & Gary shared a lot of stories also on there trips
up & down Hwy 1. We're looking forward to the Ft. Sill reunion in May 2006.
It will be a "Blast" Arty talk. Ha
