The BBQ "Hut" is Meeting Room 600 on the layout map.  

It is under trees near the horse shoe pit. 

It is newly carpeted and tiled.

Capacity is about 50 with tables and chairs, serving counter, microwave, refrigerator, sink and toilet. 

There is a porch area for seating also. 

We will have two commercial style charcoal briquette grills available for cooking.

We have the location reserved for us from 1300 hours to 1600 hours Saturday but  probably could run longer if necessary.

 

Food, beverages, and supplies are available at nearby Jubilee Foods.

 

Jubilee is about 1/2 mile northwest of the Ramada.  They will have all the stuff needed for the BBQ including charcoal briquettes. 

We can do this 2 ways.

1.  Everyone brings what they want for themselves.

2.  We can take up donations and one or two people can go to jubilee and get everything.

We will work that out on Friday when we have all arrived.
